Osteopathic & Movement Specialist Clinic - Feel the Freedom of Movement
We are an osteopathic and movement specialist clinic located in Burland outside of Nantwich, that looks to assist you in recovery and help in prevention from injuries, aches, and pains so that you can continue living a healthy empowering life.
With our knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and diagnosis we are able to target the cause of your symptoms using a hands-on and corrective exercise approach. Our effective Osteopathic treatment techniques cover mobilisations and manipulations of joints as well as soft tissue therapy of muscles. Treatment is safe, effective, and non-invasive.
We know everybody is unique so we take careful consideration in making sure we are authentic to you and your movement abilities to help you feel the freedom of movement.
Back in Balance was set up and is run by it’s lead Osteopath Josh Gill (M.Ost, N.D.). He completed a 4 year masters degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost) from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, excelling in patient management, clinical assessment, diagnosis, nutrition, and osteopathic technique, providing him with a strong in depth understanding of the human body. He has since earned the distinction of Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) from the internationally renowned Gray Institute in the USA, upon completing a 40-week intensive training programme in biomechanics. This knowledge has allowed Josh to assess and treat according to your functional goals and abilities, incorporating 3D movement assessments and functional exercises into each rehab programme, aiding in accurately and effectively finding the true cause of dysfunction whether in sports specific movement, or day to day tasks. Josh is a fully registered Osteopath via the General Osteopathic Council, a member of the Institute of Osteopathy, and a member of the Osteopathic Sports Care Association (OSCA).
